Our sacral chakra is located about two inches below the navel, in our reproductive area. The sacral chakra represents our connection to creativity, sexuality, earthly emotions, and physical vitality.
When we have a balanced sacral chakra, we feel confident, creative, graceful, flexible, and connected to feelings.
When we have a blocked sacral chakra, we may begin to develop ailments on both a physical and mental level. Some physical problems could include menstrual problems, urinary problems, infertility, low back pain, and kidney issues. And on a mental level, some problems could include unbalanced emotions, guilt, detachment, creative blocks, and apathy.
A blockage in the sacral chakra could result in a quality of life problem that may negatively affect intimate relationships or create a lack of purpose.
