What food is included in this retreat?
We will have an incredible chef creating all of our delicious, healing meals. All meals will be organic and vegetarian during our retreat. We can also accommodate vegan, gluten free and other dietary restrictions.

What type of yoga will we be practicing?
Each day we will be practicing Wild Goddess Yoga, a sacred combination of traditional Hatha yoga and the Sacred Feminine. These classes are all-levels accessible and are an empowering way to start each day!​

Where are we staying?
We are staying on an incredible property just 1 hour north of Boise, Idaho. This beautiful property is surrounded by mountains, forest and a gorgeous lake. Here, tucked away in nature, is where this sacred retreat will be held.
