What food is included in this retreat?
We've hired one of the top chefs in the country to curate beautiful, healing foods for us during the retreat. These organic meals will nourish your body. All meals throughout the weekend are included for you!

What type of yoga will we be practicing?
Each day we will be practicing Wild Goddess Yoga, a flowy combination of traditional Hatha yoga and the Sacred Feminine. These classes are all-levels accessible and are an empowering way to start each day!​

Where are we staying?
We are staying on an incredible property just 90 minutes north of Boise, Idaho. This luxury lodge sits on 80 private acres and has incredible views of the mountains and gorgeous landscapes.
