FAQs
What food is included in this retreat?
All organic meals are provided for you and handmade by our chef. You will enjoy all 8 organic meals as well as snacks throughout the retreat. All meals served will be vegetarian and delicious! If you are vegan or gluten free, please just let us know! We are happy to accommodate food preferences.

What type of yoga will we be practicing?
Each day we will be practicing Wild Goddess Yoga, a sacred combination of traditional Hatha yoga and the Sacred Feminine. These classes are all-levels accessible and are an empowering way to start each day!​

Where are we staying?
We are staying at a magical 50 acre retreat center near Mason, Texas. The retreat center is just two hours from Austin and San Antonio, Texas!
