What food is included in this retreat?
During this retreat, you'll enjoy delicious organic meals everyday. We've hired one of the best chefs in the country to create 8 beautiful organic meals for you to enjoy and be nourished by. We are happy to accommodate any dietary restriction or preference. Please just let us know!

What type of yoga will we be practicing?
Each morning we will begin our day with Goddess yoga ~ an empowering and activating yoga that ignites the Divine Feminine within. Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you'll find new inspiration and empowerment through this sacred flow.

Where are we staying?
We are staying in a gorgeous private lodge on 20 acres just outside of Parowan, Utah. This desert lodge is absolutely stunning and has a large deck overlooking the desert expanse.You will love this lodge and falling asleep to the sound of crickets in the distance.
"This retreat changed my life. I learned so much about being a woman! I was going through a very tough time in my life. I was a newly single mother and I thought that this retreat would, at least, be good for me to catch up on some much-needed sleep and get a bit of a break from reality. This Retreat did all that and so much more! I feel like I came back in touch with who I am as a woman. I also met some other incredible women going through other life challenges and I was able to relate to each and every one of them and realize that I am not alone. In each workshop, I learned some helpful tools that I could take back into my everyday life. I felt at peace and empowered when I came back home.
