What does self-care mean to you? It can mean a lot of different things to each of us. Self-care is defined as, “the practice of taking action to preserve or improve one's own health.”

Taking time for self-care is a vital and sacred act. Self-care is taking care of your mental, physical, and emotional health. Self-care is such a broad term as there are many different acts of self-care!

Physical~ sleep, stretching/exercising, movement, physical release, nourishing food, yoga, rest, earthing, breathwork

Spiritual~ meditation, yoga, alone time, connecting to Source, time in nature, journaling, spending time in a healing sacred space

Social~ setting boundaries, positive social media feeds, communication, time together, support systems, asking for help

Personal~ knowing yourself and your identity, honoring yourself, hobbies

Space~ healthy living environment, a clean and organized space, safety, security, and stability

Financial~ money management, saving and budgeting, paying bills, manifesting

Work~ Positive environment, work boundaries, time management, breaks, learning and developing

Invest in yourself! We all know that you can’t pour from an empty cup, so always make sure to take care of yourself first and keep yourself full! It’s also a ripple effect when we take care of ourselves, we can take care of others better. And when people see you taking care of yourself, it prompts them to take care of themselves as well!
