The Power of Positive Affirmations ~ I AM

Positive affirmations have changed my life~

How about you? I AM positive I AM not alone here!

Affirmations are:

"positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. ... Self-affirmation may also help to mitigate the effects of stress."

I especially love I AM affirmations, they are so powerful and meaningful. I AM statements are the Universal Law of Attraction at work!

What you say and think truly creates your life. Whether it's positive or negative, it's all having a subconscious effect on you and your quality of life.

You have the power to take control of your life, to create with your thoughts and words. To attract whatever you wish! It really is so simple ~

~I AM THE CREATOR OF MY REALITY ~

The Law of Attraction and I AM work divinely together. Whatever you speak, you become. I AM THAT I AM. Meaning, I create what I create, I attract what I attract. And this is because that is the vibration you are putting out.

How can you expect positive experiences to happen if you have a negative outlook? You can’t. Having a negative outlook can be a direct outcome of negative self-talk. And that is why positive I AM affirmations can slowly but surely change your outlook and in turn what you attract into your life!

I believe when negative self-talk becomes a cycle it needs to be broken with positive I AM statements and affirmations. Completely cease those negative thoughts with positive ones. As soon as something begins to sound negative, say the opposite of it. Putting that positive perspective on it immediately makes you consciously aware and benefits you by redirecting that energy for good. It’s magic~

Daily practice of affirmations is a great start and eventually will become second nature. You will find yourself living in much lighter spirits and attracting good things. It’s incredible as to where this whole practice can take you and its ability to shape you. I’ve found myself early in the morning, in a lucid state, reciting I AM affirmations before I’m even fully conscious!

I find that my I AM affirmations shift to what it is I need. If I’m feeling down and under the weather, I turn to, I AM Happy, Healthy, Beautiful, and Strong” ~ If I’m lacking in self-confidence I state, “I AM A Light Warrior”. If I’m stressed out I gently remind myself that, “I AM calm, cool, collected, and centered” ~

There are infinite affirmations, whether they are I AM or not, each one just as powerful and leaving a crucial impact. Please share some of your go-to affirmations! Knowledge is key, and what works for you can be worth sharing with others as to help them in establishing what works for them, let’s share and co-create a beautiful positive space for all!

Much love & light,

Sarah Del Rey
