April is suddenly here in the blink of an eye. It's hard to believe we're already into the fourth month of what is sure to be one of history's most interesting years.

There's a lot going on in the world right now - uncertainty. fear. change. fluctuations.

And there's also a new wave of community. Rebirth. Inner work. And rest.

In many ways, we feel the planet take a deep sigh as we slowly come back home to rest, be with loved ones and enjoy the simple act of making meals, sleeping, reading and enjoying the sunshine.

We find ourselves with TIME, spaciousness and a unique opportunity to care for ourselves.

While the outer world may feel very scary and ungrounded right now, there may be a sweetness in finding peace in the art of being home. Perhaps there is beauty in the simple moments of beauty that we might normally overlook. What if there is so much for healing to this global pandemic that may initially meet the eye?

I hear you friends - the world feels different right now. And this is why now more than ever, we must come back to community and our practices. Team GoddessCeremony and I have been going live on Facebook to keep supporting you all. We are nourishing our community members. We are showing up every week on the podcast. Because you deserve to feel supported right now.

If you need some grace right now, start here:

1) come back to your daily routines, slow down and enjoy the little things. Soak up the smell of fresh coffee as you pour it into your cup. Sit outside and really consciously breathe in the fresh air. Feel the sunshine on your skin. Kiss your partner with more passion than you have in months. Feel it all.

2) care for yourself. Take hot baths. Meditate daily. Make food that you love. Snuggle with your pets on the couch. Shake and dance and move whenever you feel anxiety creep in.

3) connect and be supported. Find your community online and FaceTime your friends. Stay supported during these times.

We are all in this together. I feel you. I see you. I recognize what you feel as it is what the global consciousness feels too.

And together, we will come out of this stronger than before.
