13 Ways to Create an Empowering Morning Routine

Morning routines are so incredibly sacred and powerful. A few weeks ago, I interviewed Hailey Meadow on the GoddessCeremony Podcast and we both shared our favorite morning routines to start each day empowered and in sync with our bodies cycles.

The podcast was such a hit, and we received lots of messages from amazing women like you seeking more ideas for morning routine.

We're sharing our 13 favorite ways to start your morning with intention and mindfulness. A common misconception is that morning routine is hard or takes hours to complete.

In reality, simplicity is key with any morning routine. Whether it's 5 minutes or an hour, it's the intention behind it that creates the transformation. So even if you can't devote hours of your time each morning to ritual, know that any little bit makes all the difference!

Here are 13 ways to start your morning with intention and mindfulness ~

-light some incense and walk around your home with the stick, lightly clearing away any stagnant energy

-sit at your altar and write in your journal

-find a book you love and read a page out of it as you savor the words

-drink some hot tea with the sunrise

-sage your home and yourself first thing

-write out what you're grateful for in your gratitude journal

-make a nourishing breakfast that brings you joy to create

-tell your partner that you appreciate them

-stretch for a few minutes with your favorite yoga poses

-water your plants or garden

-focus on letting the sunlight touch your third eye in the space between your eyebrows

-turn on some empowering music and let your body flow

-take a hot shower with essential oils and a bath scrub to rejuvenate your skin and body

Self care can be done at any time of the day and sometimes starting in the morning is the perfect way to revamp your day. Remember, how we begin our day sets the energetic tone for the entire day, so prioritize your morning rituals and routines that bring you joy!

Sending you all so much love!

With gratitude,

Cassandra Wilder
