Time for self-care is key! After a long stressful day, a bath can make all the difference in the world. A bath doesn’t have to be a big ordeal, it can be simple.
Carving out time to nourish yourself is so key. A common misconception is that self care is selfish, when in reality nothing could be further from the truth. Especially if you are serving others at work, in your family and with friends, refilling your cup is necessary.
Self care doesn't have to mean something expensive like a massage. Rather, something simple like a bath at home can be just as rejuvenating and far more simple to weave into your monthly routine.
The most important time of the month to practice self care is with the New Moon time. This is when women tend to have the lowest energy and feel the most introverted. Taking time to honor and nourish yourself during this time is incredibly powerful!
