2019: A Year of Yes

We are already two weeks into January and yet the feeling of new beginnings and change is still very present. After the 111 portal on January 11th, the theme of a fresh start is still in the air. Whether you set intentions for 2019, manifested new ways of living or made goals, this will be a very powerful year for all of us.

With this new beginning and expansive starting point, this is your opportunity to live a year of YES.

What does this mean?

To live a year of YES is to radically say yes to the things that bring you joy, inspiration and connection. Long gone are the days of playing small, settling for less than you deserve or putting yourself and your dreams on hold.

To live a year of YES is to show up for yourself and allow things to unfold as they are meant to, without resistance or caution.

Living a year of YES means following your dreams and passions.

I encourage you to ask yourself these questions~

-are there trainings, retreats or seminars you have dreamed of going to for years but have made excuses every time?

-is there a place you’ve always wanted to travel to but have felt too afraid to take the leap?

-do you feel stuck in your job, relationship or current path but haven’t wanted to change it?

-have you been desiring more out of life but have played small for fear of appearing greedy or too ambitious?

Sister, I so feel you. All of these things are okay to feel. But you must ask yourself: do these beliefs serve you? Do these beliefs offer you a sense of empowerment or joy?

If the answer is no, it’s time to do something differently.

This is your loving call to action to book the retreat, to sign up for the seminar or go on a spontaneous trip! This is your call to action to follow your passions, create something new and find inspiration in your life!

Life really is too short to settle for anything less than that.

Will 2019 be the year of YES? Comment below if so!

In gratitude,
