One Affirmation for Every Day of the Week

If you are new to the world of affirmations, welcome to this life changing practice! If you are a seasoned affirmation lover, I'm excited to share with you 7 affirmations that will support you in living a more empowered, fulfilled and sacred life.

An affirmation is similar to a mantra, or a phrase that repeat in your mind. Affirmations have been used for thousands of years to shift brain patterns and essentially rewire how our brains think.

For example, if you grew up thinking that money was always lacking and that you'd never have enough, likely your brain still feels a sense of lack and fear around money. By gently guiding your brain to believe that there is indeed enough abundance for you to receive through affirmations, you are able to transition from fear to empowerment and make lasting changes.

Sound too easy?

It can be! As you read these affirmations each day, I recommend speaking them at least 11 times throughout the day. So each day you will type the daily affirmation into your phone or take a picture of it and as often as you think of it, read it aloud.

An Affirmation a Day ~

Sunday ~ I am open to shifting my perceptions and beliefs and trust that I may be guided.

Monday ~ I am at peace with myself and where I am in life.

Tuesday ~ My body, mind and soul are nourished and healthy through the love I have for myself.

Wednesday ~ I extend compassion to myself and allow self care to flow into my life.

Thursday ~ I lean into love and feel everything I desire come to me with ease.

Friday ~ I am abundant in my essence and so money flows to me with grace.

Saturday ~ I accept myself for who I am and allow myself to feel love and appreciation for my life.

Speak these affirmations as often as possible and at the end of the week, see what shifts have occurred in your life!

If you are interested in learning more about affirmations and the wisdom of our words, I highly recommend reading Louise Hay's book You Can Heal Your Life. Louise Hay was the Queen of Affirmations and her book is truly life changing.

If you commit to speaking these 7 mantras over the next week, please comment below! We'd love to celebrate this commitment with you!

In gratitude,
