I find full balance in my life and ease into my body, mind and soul's call for rest or productivity. My hormones are balanced, my emotions are balanced, my body and physical health are balanced, my life and all parts of myself are balanced. I live from a state of balance.
One of our favorite practices each year is picking a word that we seek to become. Do you wish to live a happier, fuller life? Picking the word Joy may serve you. Do you wish to feel more connected to the earth? Grounded may call to you.
