While not focused on sacred traditions or the Goddess, this book radically transformed our lives when we read it. This book reminds us that we have the power to change our reality at any given time and that we are not chained to doing the same things. Louise is an incredible writer!

One of my personal favorite books of all time, Womb Wisdom provides a variety of sacred practices and exercises to connect to the womb and heal trauma.
4. The Red Tent - Anita Diamant
A beautiful novel that shares the experience of a young woman and the Red Tent in her village. This is a great book to purchase on Audible and listen to while you drive.

A simple, quick read but full of powerful wisdom to implement in your daily life. This book focuses on four simple agreements that can transform your way of living and encourage more joy in your life.

This book was on my to-read list for a long time and for good reason - it's an amazing book that focuses on the pelvic bowl and healing trauma for this space. From many years of experience, Tami shows us that it is possible to reclaim this sacred space.
11. Feelings Buried Alive Never Die - Karol Kuhn Truman
I purchased this book in a small book store on the west coast and felt a deep call to it. This is a fabulous book if you have had traumatic or painful experiences in your life and have had a hard time moving through it. Great read!
