What food is included in this retreat?
We've hired one of the best chefs in the country to curate delicious organic meals all weekend long! You'll feel nourished and cared for with the abundance of healing foods. We're also happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences, including gluten free and vegan.

What type of yoga will we be practicing?
Each morning we will begin our day with Goddess Yoga, an empowering and active yoga that weaves together the sacred practice of yoga with the wisdom of the Divine Feminine. This yoga is accessible to all levels so beginners and seasoned yogis are welcome!

Where are we staying?
We are staying in a gorgeous private retreat near Bethel, Maine. Surrounded by old trees and overlooking the river, this will be our home for the weekend. This 4,000 square foot retreat center is spacious and offers plenty of space for connection and introspective time.
