The Food~
Always a highlight at our retreats, the meals at our Costa Rica Goddess Retreat are especially incredible! You will enjoy 3 beautiful meals each day with ingredients sourced locally and naturally. Much of what we eat will be organic (as much as is possible in Costa Rica!) so you'll feel nourished by the incredible spread of decadent meals. We are happy to accommodate any dietary preference or restriction, including gluten free, vegan or vegetarian.
The Accommodations~
We are staying at the incredible Cabuya Lodge in Cabuya, Costa Rica. This gorgeous property is tucked back in the jungle and yet just a few minute walk from the beach. With a variety of beautiful cabinas, there are private rooms and shared room options to suit any Goddess. This property also features a pool and a beautiful yoga deck that we'll enjoy during our stay.
What's Included~
Everything you need for a life changing week in paradise is provided for you! Beautiful and spacious accommodations, 3 healing meals per day, Goddess yoga each morning, powerful women's workshops and ceremonies as well as excursions to the most beaches and waterfalls in Costa Rica.

We have created a beautiful balance of powerful women's wisdom and rejuvenating nature excursions to offer you the space to rest, relax and remember the wild essence within.

Excursions like ziplining through the jungle, surfing, horseback riding and snorkeling will also be available during free time for an additional cost if you are seeking adventure! Massage therapy and energy healing will also be available.
What our days will look like...
​
Imagine waking up to a bright and warm sun filtering through the window. You slowly roll out of bed to the sound of the jungle and gather on the yoga deck for an empowering Goddess yoga class. After our yoga class, we have breakfast, a gorgeous spread of fresh produce and specially curated dishes for all of us to enjoy. After breakfast, you enjoy some free time by soaking up the sunshine by the pool or walking to the beach to find a cozy spot to read a good book. Then, it's time for a powerful women's workshop as we dive into the wisdom of the Divine Feminine and connect to the wild woman within.
Next, it's lunch and we again feast on beautiful food hand prepared by amazing Costa Rica chefs. After an afternoon break, it's time for us to hop in the shuttle to drive to some of the most magical waterfalls in Costa Rica! After hiking in through the lush jungle, we come to 3 powerful waterfalls. We soak up nature, eat fresh fruit and swim in the cool water while we laugh and encourage one another to jump off a small ledge. After an eventful afternoon in the waterfall, we head back to the lodge just in time for a nourishing and delicious dinner. As the sun sets into the distance, we connect with our new best friends and fall asleep to the sound of the jungle all around us. And that's just one day!

Is Costa Rica safe?
-Costa Rica is a beautiful and safe country. Very little crime occurs in Costa Rica, especially around Cabuya and Montezuma.

How do I get to Cabuya Lodge?
After you reserve your spot, you'll receive a detailed email with options to help you find the best way for you. In general there are 3 options: a beautiful 4 hour shuttle ride from San Jose, a quick 30 minute flight plus 20 minute drive or there is an option to take a shuttle and speed boat right into Montezuma. We've done all three ways and highly recommend all of them.
