We are so excited to announce our next 7 day sacred Goddess Retreat in beautiful Costa Rica! Surrounded by lush jungle and tropical fruits, we will gather for our next Goddess Retreat January 2018! This retreat is for any women looking to reconnect, rejuvenate and recenter. Your mind, body and soul will feel replenished after a week in the jungle. Beautiful beaches, delicious organic meals, gorgeous jungle lodging, yoga every morning overlooking the jungle and more await you!

This sacred Goddess Retreat is held at Rancho Delicioso in Montezuma, Costa Rica. This thriving organic farm and retreat center is the perfect space for our Goddess Retreat! With hundreds of different tropical fruits and herbal medicines growing, you will find yourself connecting to nature in a way you may never have before. Monkeys, pesotes and other jungle wildlife are nearby in the palm trees making this a magical jungle experience. Gorgeous beaches are nearby as well as incredible waterfalls and we enjoy visiting them during the Goddess Retreat!

This retreat focuses on reviving the wild woman within. Through our sacred workshops and ceremonies, goddess yoga, meditations, nature excursions and healing foods, you will feel rejuvenated, reconnected and empowered! Connected to the vibrant earth, breathing the fresh warm air and allowing your body to flow through the yoga practices and ecstatic dance, eating incredible organic foods fresh picked from the earth and immersed in a healing space, you will find the truest essence of yourself and remember the goddess within.

You will also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded women from all over the world and to create friendships that will last the rest of your life!

The Food~

Always a highlight at our retreats, the meals at our Costa Rica Goddess Retreat are especially incredible! We are grateful to have two incredible Costa Rican Chefs who prepare three organic, nourishing meals each day for our retreat. We believe you shouldn't have to worry about food when you are at a retreat, so we include all 3 meals each day. Much of the organic produce is harvested right from Rancho Delicioso! These meals are filling and delicious! We are happy to accommodate any dietary restriction, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten free and work hard to ensure all food allergies are taken into account. Healing food is so key to our retreats and so we choose to go above and beyond for our meals. The price of the retreat includes all 17 organic meals.

Accommodations~

Our accommodations at Rancho Delicioso are inside the beautiful River Palace. The River Palace is a three story jungle structure that features two private rooms and two shared spaces. Inside the shared spaces are round hanging beds (always a favorite!) and regular twin beds. We also have tent camping spots available.

Activities Included~

We have created a balance of sacred workshops and empowering practices with incredible excursions and classes. Yoga and meditation is included each day during our sacred retreat and we make our classes all-levels accessible. Beginners and advanced yogis alike will find our goddess yoga classes empowering and a beautiful way to start each day. All workshops and sacred practices are included in this retreat. We also include two optional workshops - an aerial silks class and archery!

We take excursions to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and also go to three incredible waterfalls in Montezuma. While at the beach, optional surfing and horseback riding can be added.

Massage therapy and energy work are also available for women wanting to rejuvenate even more!

What our days will look like...

Imagine waking up to a bright and warm sun filtering through the window. You make your way to our meditation class on our wooden yoga deck and awaken powerfully and silently. Then we move into our yoga class and we move through each pose empowered and connected to our breath. After our yoga class, we have breakfast, a gorgeous spread of organic produce and delicious baked goods. Then we move into our sacred practices for the morning and connect in sisterhood. Next, it's lunch and we again feast on delicious handmade organic meals.

Now we have some free time and you decide to get a massage and lounge on the organic farm, eating fresh organic bananas right off the tree.

Then we jump in the car and head to the beach. We sit in circle on the beach, igniting the bonds of sisterhood and then play in the warm water as the sun sets in the distance. We had back to the retreat center for an incredible and nourishing dinner before heading to bed for the evening in our hanging round beds or regular queen size beds. And that's just day 1!

FAQs~

Is Costa Rica safe?

-Costa Rica is a beautiful and safe country. Very little crime occurs in Costa Rica.

How do I get to Rancho Delicioso?

-You will fly into the San Jose Airport in Costa Rica (SJO). From there, there are three main options to get to Rancho Delicioso. You can-

-take a shuttle directly to the retreat center (about a 4 hour shuttle ride and has some of the best views of Costa Rica)

-take a small flight from SJO to Tambor (about a 30 minute flight and a quick 15 minute taxi ride to Rancho Delicioso)

-take a shuttle + speed boat mix (for the adventurous goddesses!)
