The Goddess Retreat is held at a beautiful resort in Montezuma, Costa Rica. Rancho Delicioso is an organic farm and permaculture retreat center that is tucked into the jungle of Costa Rica. There is an abundance of wildlife - monkeys, pesotes, etc. - and lots of medicinal organic foods that we will be eating fresh each day. If you've ever dreamt of eating a banana right off the tree, this is your place! Rancho Delicioso has a large, wooden yoga deck that we will be spending a lot of time in and when we're not there, we will be amongst the plants in nature or perhaps holding ceremony at the beach with the sunset glowing behind us.
During this retreat, we will be stepping into our divine power as women and reviving lost traditional wisdom of the Sacred Feminine. By nourishing ourselves with healing foods, getting plenty of fresh air and sunshine, practicing sacred ceremonies, and bringing movement to our bodies with yoga, ecstatic dance and a variety of excursions, your being and soul will be healed and revitalized.
You will have the space to connect and thrive with other sacred women from around the world on the same path seeking the same level of consciousness and community. You will leave with lifelong best friends and soul sisters!

Is Costa Rica safe?
-Costa Rica is a beautiful and safe country. Very little crime occurs in Costa Rica.

How do I get to Rancho Delicioso?
-You will fly into the San Jose Airport in Costa Rica (SJO). From there, we can have a shuttle pick you up and bring you to Rancho Delicioso (about a 4 hour drive but very beautiful! Includes a ferry ride) OR you can take a small plane from San Jose to Tambor, a town close to Montezuma. A shuttle will be there to pick you and bring you to Rancho Delicioso. What will the food be like?
-Private chefs will be preparing all of our delicious meals. This retreat includes 3 organic meals per day, so get ready for handcrafted delicous food! Much of the produce will come from Rancho Delicioso from the abundance of organic fruits and vegetables growing. We are happy to accomodate any dietary restrictions including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.

What our days will look like...
​
Imagine waking up to a bright and warm sun filtering through the window. You may your way to our meditation class on our wooden yoga deck and awaken powerfully and silently. Then we move into our yoga class and we move through each pose empowered and connected to our breath. After our yoga class, we have breakfast, a gorgeous spread of organic produce and delicious baked goods. Then we move into our sacred practices for the morning and connect in sisterhood. Next, it's lunch and we again feast on delicious handmade organic meals.
Now we have some free time and you decide to get a massage and lounge on the organic farm, eating fresh organic bananas right off the tree.
Then we jump in the car and head to the beach. We sit in circle on the beach, igniting the bonds of sisterhood and then play in the warm water as the sun sets in the distance. We had back to the retreat center for an incredible and nourishing dinner before heading to bed for the evening in our hanging round beds or regular queen size beds. And that's just day 1!
