FAQs
What is the food like?
All food will be prepared by our private chef. All meals will be organic and made with healthy, nourishing ingredients. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences, including vegan and gluten free, please just let us know!

What will the yoga be like?
We will be practicing Wild Goddess Yoga - a type of yoga that fuses traditional yoga and the sacred feminine. These classes are all-levels accessible and modifications will be available.

What is the lodging like?
We are staying at a beautiful rustic retreat center in Gainesville, Florida. This lovely retreat center sits on over 100 acres of wild, protected land and there are lots of deer and wildlife that roam this land.
