In beautiful Palisade, Colorado, we are honored to announce our upcoming sacred Goddess Retreat! Here, surrounded by mountains and nature we will soak up this weekend of sisterhood, healing and nourishment.

During this sacred Goddess Retreat, you will be nourished with healing organic meals, the magic of sisterhood, the wildness of nature and sacred workshops that will empower and support you. Combined with the healing practices of yoga and meditation, this Goddess Retreat will provide to you a space of rejuvenation and connection.This August we are bringing all of this to beautiful Colorado for a retreat like no other.

What food is included in this retreat?
We have an incredible chef joining us who will be creating all of our beautiful meals. All meals will be organic and vegetarian during the retreat. If you have a specific food allergy or dietary restriction, please just let us know! We make nourishing food a priority.

What type of yoga will we be practicing?
Each day we will be practicing Wild Goddess Yoga, a sacred combination of traditional Hatha yoga and the Sacred Feminine. These classes are all-levels accessible and are an empowering way to start each day!​
​
Where are we staying?
We are staying on a beautiful property near Palisade, Colorado. This property also has a variety of goats and farm animals that you will have the opportunity to connect with if you'd like!
