During this 2 hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to sink into fuller presence and learn how women and the moon phases cycle together. We will be discussing the wisdom of the moon cycles, how women have cycled with the moon for thousands of years, how our menstruation and ovulation patterns sync to the lunar phases and why this information is life changing!

Not just a women's circle and not just a workshop, this event combines the two for a unique opportunity for women to sit within a sacred space, meet like minded women in the community and learn more about the moon phases.
