What is the food like?
We will be enjoying delicious and organic meals throughout this sacred weekend! Our chef will be preparing all 8 meals during the weekend as well serving snacks. Your body will be nourished with this beautiful, healing food! We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions, including vegan and gluten free. Please just let us know!

What will the yoga be like?
We will be practicing Goddess Yoga each morning overlooking nature. You'll feel connected to your body and ready to start your day after each sacred yoga class! These classes are accessible to all women - beginners through advanced yogis.

What is the lodging like?
We are staying at a beautiful lodge on over 200 acres! Overlooking the mountains and surrounded by nature, you will feel connected to nature and to yourself.
