FAQs
What food is included for this retreat?
This retreat includes all 8 organic meals throughout the weekend as well as organic snacks. All meals prepared will be organic and made with love. We are happy to accommodate any dietary preference or restriction, including gluten free or vegan. Please just let us know!

What type of yoga will we be practicing?
Each morning we will be practicing Goddess Yoga, an all-levels accessible yoga that focuses on connecting you to your body and breath.

Where are we staying?
We will be staying in a gorgeous lodge about 20 minutes from Homer, Alaska down East End Road. This beautiful lodge is surrounded by nature and is the ultimate space to relax in nature. This lodge has incredible views of Kachemak Bay, the glaciers and the beautiful ocean.
