"There is nothing more amazing than to spend a weekend surrounded by strong, amazing women. The healing has been life changing, I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my chest and I am now free to love my life and my family with out reserve. I was able to put aside the walls that were preventing me from being truly happy and keeping me from my true path. I have learned to speak my truth without fear and know now that in vulnerability I found my strength. I will be forever thankful for the love and compassion shown by my sisters and the relationships I made this weekend will forever be sacred to me."

What food is included for this retreat?
This retreat includes three organic meals each day. A private chef will be preparing our delicious, healthy meals. We can accommodate vegan, gluten free and other allergies. All meals are vegetarian during the retreat.
What type of  yoga will we be practicing?
Each morning we will practice yoga overlooking the bay. We will be practicing Wild Goddess Yoga, an all-level accessible type of yoga that focuses on the sacred feminine and conscious movement.
Where are we staying?
We will be staying in a gorgeous lodge about 20 minutes from Homer, Alaska down East End Rd. This beautiful lodge is surrounded by nature and is the ultimate space to relax in nature. A beautiful deck off of the lodge is where we will practice yoga each day.

"I had the most amazing time at this retreat. I will be forever changed from this experience and have grown so much. This experience introduced me to new ways of connecting with my inner most self, how to practice self love and opened me to more spiritual ideas. I am full of gratitude to Cassandra who embodies all these concepts. She truly has opened me up to a level of self love I didn't know I was missing. Thank you!"
